M&M Music is Pittsburgh's newest premier music schoolhouse for children and adults, and is owned and operated by two experienced musicians! In addition to teaching Piano, Voice, Guitar, Trumpet, Woodwinds, Drums, and Violin, we are also the home of an amazing program in Children's Music Academy for children ages 3-9.

We are owned and operated by two well-trained and experienced musicians

Martina Caruso and Michael Bernabe have both studied and performed with some of the greatest musicians in our area and beyond; spanning the genres of classical, theater, jazz, R&B, and even salsa.

We are the only music school in Pittsburgh to offer a comprehensive curriculum that maximizes the ability for a young child to learn music like they do a language

M&M Music is also home of the Children’s Music Academy of Greater Pittsburgh, which utilizes a proven holistic curriculum that gives young children the opportunity to internalize music at the most crucial stage of their development. This curriculum also focuses on the importance of parents being there every step of the way.

We have two classrooms dedicated to teaching our Children’s Music Academy curriculum, as well as three large lesson rooms that are equipped with a grand piano, guitars, amplifiers, drums and more!

Our studio is conveniently located in the heart of the South Hills

We are located right next to the South Hills Village Mall, off of Fort Couch Road, a major hub for the area! At this location, we are centered between and easily accessible to the school districts of Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, Peters Township, Mount Lebanon and beyond!

No matter what your age and prior experience are, we cater our lessons to your needs/desires: be it audition prep, building your musical repertoire, refining your technique, or simply for the fun of making music!

M&M Music of Pittsburgh is owned and operated by two professional musicians who have spent most of their lives as performers and educators, and they have always seen the value in giving back and sharing their knowledge and love of music with others. We have made substantial investments in our academy to provide an uplifting and charming environment that will welcome all ages and families to share in the joy of music.

As musicians, composers, and educators in a variety of settings, we’ve witnessed students transform their lives in ways they never imagined possible. We make it our mission to help our students explore and develop their talents, wherever their curiosity and interests lead them.
